Afterwards, it's a good idea to defeat the Sentrobe, and the other enemies, so you can freely explore the room. Upon their defeat, place the Timeshift Orb beneath the arrow switch covered in wires and then head back up the hill where you collected it from. You will be able to hit the switch from this height and, with that done, collect your Timeshift Orb and head through the entrance you've just opened. Head down the passageway, stopping to defeat the Deku Babas and Quadro Babas, and leave the Timeshift Orb within this passage.
You need to leave it close enough to the end of the passage that you can reach the other side, while also ensuring it doesn't activate the fan or the wall in front of said fan. Once the orb is in place, stand on the button at the end of this passage and shoot the arrow switch through the gaps in the fan.
Next, retrieve the Timeshift Orb and place it so that the platforms opposite the Clawshot spot appear, but so it also removes the wire in front of the gate on the level above. With that done, you simply need to climb back up the hill and use the stone platforms to reach the Clawshot spot.
This will allow you to reach the Triforce of Wisdom. Collecting this final piece of the Triforce will bring your time in the Sky Keep to a close. Once the cutscenes have finished playing, it's a perfect time to return to Skyloft to buy potions, repair your shield and complete activities like collecting Heart Pieces or Gratitude Crystals.
When you're ready, return to the Sealed Grounds and pass through the Gate of Time for your final battle against Ghirahim and, eventually, Demise.

Move the outside tiles clockwise until the blue Triforce room is on the top center. Continue to move the tiles till the bottom left tile is the empty one.
Make your way to the room with the Blue Triforce Symbol. This room resembles the Lanayru Desert. Grab the Timeshift Orb and bring it to the north side of the room. With the barbed wires out of the way, climb up the ramp and shoot an arrow at the target. A gate below will open. Grab the Orb and go through the opened gate. Continue along the path and defeat enemies along the way. When you get to the grassy section of the path put down the Orb. Step on the pressure plate and shoot an arrow across the room to the target.
This will unlock a gate on an upper platform that allows you to access a Clawshot receptacle. Take the orb back to the large room and place it below where the Clawshot receptacle is. Make sure that the raised platforms nearby will also be under its influence. Head up the ramp, jump across the raised platforms, and clawshot your way across the gap.

Use the control panel here and rotate the rooms around until the final Triforce is located just to the right. Enter the room. This room is almost completely empty but it has a few difficult puzzles to solve. Break the barrels to the right to get some extra arrows if you need them. Use one to defeat the electro spume located nearby. Run on over to the right side and lift the timeshift orb that is found here. You can carry it around the room to defeat the two technoblins and the sentrobe.
Carry the timeshift orb to the north end of the room and drop it against the wall. A set of pillars will arise here, but because of the timeshift, the gate above will be open. Leave the timeshift stone here and run across the stand to the other end of the room. Pull out your bow and shoot an arrow at the blue target that you can see across the room through the small gate. This will cause the nearby gate to open.
Jump back down and grab the timeshift orb. Carry it through this gate and fight off the various babas found here. As you move ahead with the orb, a pillar will rise from the ground, almost blocking the passageway.
Back the orb up a bit until the pillar goes away, then continue forward without the orb. Stand on the floor switch tile and a blue target will be revealed at the other end of the room.
Aim through the fan and shoot at this blue tile, causing a gate to rise. Carry the timeshift orb to the east end of the room, just underneath where the Triforce piece is shown on your map. Leave the timeshift orb here and run across the sand. Make your way over to where the timeshift orb originally was in this room. Jump over to the pillars and then use the clawshots on the nearby target. Since the orb is directly underneath, you should be able to pass by the gate here.
Stab your sword into the ground and then run on over and collect the Triforce of Wisdom , the final piece of the Triforce. A cut-scene will ensue in which the Triforce will be placed into the Goddess Statue, causing the entire statue to fall down to the land below, landing within the Sealed Grounds. Run on over to the Sealed Grounds and another cutscene will take place. After a lengthy scene, Link will have to travel through the Gate of Time.
