I think he lost his identity of early game bully with his stats being nerfed so that's why I put him in the 'Easy' category but I can see why you'd put him a tier up as his R brings a lot in fights. I mean even in lane his r insta procs conquerer and our early got nerfed hard too, he beats us early still and matches our scaling. With trades like that you build a lead even when he fights back.
